RETURNS:

Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. If you are not content with a product, you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase cost. We will not refund opened or used products.

The cost of shipping for a return of an order is to be covered by the customer and will not be included in the refund amount. We do not refund the cost of shipping. We also cannot offer refunds or replace orders confirmed delivered by the delivery service via provided tracking numbers. Please contact the delivery service directly with your tracking number if your package was confirmed delivered but you never received it. 

Once your item is received and processed you will be updated on your return status. Refund processing time is dependent on your bank institution.
